Giant Water Bugs are number 7 on The Most Extreme Dads. The female lays eggs above the pond, and the dad goes above the water to protect and look after them by himself. The dad only leaves to collect water, so the eggs don't dry up. This will last for an entire weak, until the babies hatch. However, there is another species of water bug, that carries the babies on his back. He could be carrying 150 babies on his back for protection, until they hatch.
